This is my signature energy healing. It is not Reiki, although some people have noted that it feels similar. Reiki uses very specific traditional symbols. I channel love energy from The Divine and Universe at large. I start every session with intention setting and guided meditation. I also guide breath as needed and integrate any spiritual tools I need. Sessions are not exact timed, but I allow for up to one-hour and go over if needed. No two sessions are necessarily exactly alike.

Raindrop + Energy + Sound is a customized integrative experience using Raindrop Therapy and intuitive energy healing (not Reiki) with sound healing. Raindrop is an aromatherapy based cellular detox method using a variety of essential oils like oregano, thyme, basil, cypress, wintergreen, marjoram, and peppermint, alongside custom blends. (Notify us if you have any known allergies, have medical conditions, are pregnant/nursing, are taking any medications, or have skin conditions. This therapy runs approximately 90 minutes, depending on the person's goals, needs, and schedule. Treatment involves the application of therapeutic-grade essential oils along the spine and feet, promoting relaxation, balance, and enhanced well-being. The treatment is sealed with wet heat and steam.

It is advised that the first 5 sessions are weekly like the other sessions and the second 5 sessions are bi-weekly or weekly. Soma Breath + Reiki Sound is an intentional, emotional release practice designed to dissolve stored tension from the physical + energy body. Some of the breath techniques used incorporate body movement, tapping, & vocal sounds to regulate the nervous system and clear emotional blockages. Opening with a powerful intention setting, this 75-minute journey allows space for deep somatic releases to safely surface and dissolve. Touchless Reiki is performed during the sound bath portion for deeper grounding and integration. ***Not advised for women during menstruation or pregnancy or people who have respiratory or cardiovascular conditions. ***

For non-pregnant women dealing with hormone/reproductive issues (I.e. Endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts.) *Not for women who are currently menstruating, pregnant, lactating or in the process of becoming pregnant. * Hormone balancing castor oil pack & aromatherapy treatment. Technique includes targeting congested energy in abdomen, low back, and other sacral chakra areas, (I.e. hips), heart chakra areas (I.e. Hands, arms). We also open up the heart and sacral chakra for emotional trauma release (including STTs/STEs, sexually transmitted energy, emotion, and trauma.) *Wear underwear you don't mind getting thick castor oil on.*
