By accessing our websites, services, booking platforms, events, classes, or healing sessions—including in-person or virtual offerings provided by Holistic Touch by Nazra and Holistic Training by Nazra—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), including any future updates.

This agreement is legally binding and governs all purchases, use of services, courses, and programs.

2. Purchase & Payment Policy

​

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information.

  • Bookings made via third-party platforms (e.g., Mindbody, ClassPass, Eventbrite) are subject to their payment and refund terms.

  • If payment fails or is declined, your booking may be canceled or delayed.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

​

  • 48+ hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty.

  • 24–48 hours: You may reschedule your appointment but may not cancel for refund or credit.

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: The session is forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling permitted.

4. Privacy Policy

We deeply value your privacy.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information.

  • Any personal or health-related information shared with us is kept confidential and only used for booking, communication, or program-related support.

  • Data collected by third-party platforms is subject to their privacy practices.

​

Some offerings (such as memberships or recurring programs) may be billed monthly or at regular intervals. You may cancel future billing at any time, but prior payments are non-refundable.

  • Release Holistic Touch by Nazra, Holistic Training by Nazra, and any affiliated practitioners from liability for injuries, losses, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.

  • Acknowledge that some services (e.g., bodywork or energy healing) may elicit emotional or physical sensations and are part of the healing process.

9. Independent Contractors & Certifications

Some practitioners or teachers may work as independent contractors. While many are licensed or certified, not all states require certifications for certain healing arts. You are welcome to ask about a practitioner’s qualifications before booking.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites, programs, classes, and marketing materials—including logos, text, graphics, videos, and workshops—is the property of Holistic Touch by Nazra or Holistic Training by Nazra and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

We reserve the right to change offerings, pricing, services, or these terms at any time without notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
