This session typically lasts 90 minutes, with up to 2 hours available to allow for your unique goals, needs, and personal pace. Your treatment begins with the gentle application of therapeutic-grade essential oils along the spine and reflex points of the feet, activating your body’s natural healing response. The experience continues with intentional energy work designed to restore balance, release emotional and energetic blockages, and support deep nervous system relaxation. Each session is sealed with the comforting warmth of wet heat and steam, enhancing absorption and promoting a profound sense of well-being.

Cancellation Policy

All services and product purchases provided by Holistic Touch + Holistic Training by Nazra are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: life-coaching, health coaching, body energy work, workshops, retreats, events, apparel and miscellaneous merchandise. Cancellation for 24 to 72 hours in advance can be one-time reschedulable or transferable, depending on the service. 48+ hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty. 24–48 hours: You may reschedule your appointment but may not cancel for refund or credit. Less than 24 hours or no-show: The session is forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling permitted. Regarding Treatment Series: You must book all of your treatments upon purchase. Treatment Series allowable reschedules is as follows: Only 1 allowable reschedules per 4-Treatment Series.​ Only 2 allowable reschedules per 6-Treatment Series. Only 3 allowable reschedules per 8-10Treatment Series. If you exceed your allowable amount of reschedules, you will forfeit your session(s). ​
