Touch Talks

What are the missing touches in your life and how can you have those needs met in authentic and holistic ways?

8 ESSENTIAL NEEDS FOR TOUCH

In a Western world that has oversexualized touch, we need to shift the conversation in order to have a major evolution in consciousness.

Not having so many of our essential needs met for touch has left us vulnerable to retraumatizing ourselves and each other in the name of "empowerment" and free will.  We just haven't been taught to measure the cost.

Many of us have lost our innocence to touch and my mission is to help us reclaim that innocence as adults.

Diversifying our relationship to touch by opening up the conversation in a holistic way, will help us to remedy this unconsciousness so we can heal.

In the dawn of AI, we are going to have to be more vigilant than ever before to establish, nurture and heal our relationship to human connection.

As a Holistic Healer, I have personally felt the pain-body (energy body) in my client's physical bodies in our bodywork and energy healing sessions.

Touch is transformative, because in its purest form, touch is medicine.
