The Sacred Frequency Upgrade extends your session by 20–30 minutes with the soothing power of sacred sound instruments. This extension deepens relaxation, supports chakra balancing, and enhances emotional release through vibration and frequency. Paired with aromatherapy and a closing cup of Soul Tea, the upgrade creates a complete multi-sensory ritual to expand the benefits of your treatment.

This plan includes 6 sessions. Each session allows for up to 90-minutes. They are customized to the individual and their respective goals. You have up to 12 weeks to complete this plan.

For non-pregnant women dealing with hormone/reproductive issues (I.e. Endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts.) *Not for women who are currently menstruating, pregnant, lactating or in the process of becoming pregnant. * Hormone balancing castor oil pack & aromatherapy treatment. Technique includes targeting congested energy in abdomen, low back, and other sacral chakra areas, (I.e. hips), heart chakra areas (I.e. Hands, arms). We also open up the heart and sacral chakra for emotional trauma release (including STTs/STEs, sexually transmitted energy, emotion, and trauma.) *Wear underwear you don't mind getting thick castor oil on.*

This is my signature energy healing. It is not Reiki, although some people have noted that it feels similar. Reiki uses very specific traditional symbols. I channel love energy from The Divine and Universe at large. I start every session with intention setting and guided meditation. I also guide breath as needed and integrate any spiritual tools I need. Sessions are not exact timed, but I allow for up to one-hour and go over if needed. No two sessions are necessarily exactly alike.
