Service Description
A foundational somatic emotional healing session designed to help you understand and unwind the patterns your body has been holding. This entails a thorough client intake. Together, we explore how stress, trauma, relationships, and life experiences have shaped your nervous system—and begin gently releasing stored tension, emotional density, and protective patterns. This session includes: Nervous system & emotional pattern assessment Breathwork for safety + regulation Somatic bodywork + emotional release techniques Grounding + integration support Personalized recommendations for ongoing support You’ll receive greater clarity of what the somatic energy bodywork and integration coaching series would look like for you, moving forward and whether deeper series work is right for you. This session is the gateway into ongoing somatic integration work. This session can be included in your series package. Suitable for both first-time and returning clients seeking a reset.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits and payments are final for all services and products provided by Holistic Touch + Holistic Training by Nazra are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: coaching, bodywork, energy healing, workshops, retreats, events, apparel and miscellaneous merchandise. Your appointments are scheduled at the time of booking weekly or biweekly. You are not purchasing a package of one-off treatments. You are purchasing a cohesive treatment protocol scheduled in advance broken up into segments. Therefore, you are only allowed one reschedule per 4-sessions. Reschedules are only allowed if done 72-hours in advance or you forfeit your session. This enforces accountability and quality of treatment results. No-shows: The session is forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling permitted. Regarding Treatment Series: You must book all of your treatments upon purchase. You have up to 6 weeks to complete 4 Session Protocol You have up to 8 weeks to complete 6 Session Protocol You have up to 10 weeks to complete 8 Session Protocol You have up to 12 weeks to complete 10 Session Protocol *Contingent upon what calendar dates were initially agreed upon at the time of booking.* If you exceed your allowable amount of reschedules, you will forfeit your remaining session(s). *Rate does not include travel beyond a 5-mile radius.* *Parking is not included in rate. Client is responsible for parking.*
